RESOLUTION NO. R-24-54
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ANNUAL FEE RESOLUTION OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD TO ADOPT
ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING FEES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. R-23-45, the Village Board adopted its
Annual Fee Resolution for the 2024 calendar year ("Annual Fee Resolution'); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 2, Article 16 of the "Municipal Code of the Village of
Deerfield, Illinois, 1975," ("Village Code', the Village administers an administrative
hearing systems; and
WHEREAS, the Village incurs numerous administrative costs when individuals avail
themselves of the administrative hearing process; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-260 of the "Municipal Code of the Village of
Deerfield, Illinois, 1975," ("Village Code') the Village Board may charge those utilizing the
Village's administrative hearing system for administrative costs ("Hearing Fees'); and
WHEREAS, the Village Board has determined that, this Resolution would serve and
be in the best interest of the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION ONE: RECITALS. The foregoing recitals are incorporated into, and
made a part of, this Resolution as findings of the Village Board.
SECTION TWO: ADOPTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING FEES. The
Annual Fee Resolution shall be, and it is hereby, amended to add the following fees:

SECTION THREE: EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall be in full force and
