BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to recommendation by the Plan Commission made after a public
hearing held June 27, 1957, following due notice as required by law, the
Zoning Ordinance enacted May 41 1953, be and the same is hereby further
amended by classifying as an R-1 One- family District the following described
property annexed to the Village of Deerfield July 12, 1954, to -wit:
�- The South 103 feet of the South 406 feet of the North 1032 .feet of
the East 233.feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section
12�1 30, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the 3rd P.M., in Lake County,
Cw3 Illinois
and the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield is hereby amended to effectuate
this change.
