ORDINANCE 0 -49 -57
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to recommendation by the Plan Commission made after a
public hearing held June 27, 1957, following due notice as required by
law, the Zoning Ordinance enacted May 4, 1953, be and the same is hereby
further amended by classifying as an R- 1,One- family District the following
described property annexed to the Village cf_,:Deerfield December 10, 1956,
to -wit:
The North 103 feet of the South 406 feet of the North 1032 feet
of the East 233 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 30, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the 3rd P.M.
in Lake County, Illinois, (reserving therefrom a.strip of land
10 feet wide along the North side of said described property for
road easement)
and the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield is hereby amended to effectuate
this change.
