ORDINANCE 0 -47 -57
Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, that:
WHEREAS there has been filed with the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village3of Deerfield, a petition asking that the
property described hereinafter be annexed to the Village. The said
petition being signed by the sole owners of record of all such property;
and
WHEREAS there are no electors residing on the above described
property.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees
of Deerfield, Lake County, that the following described territory, which
is contigous to the present boundaries of the Village of Deerfield, to -wit:
That part of the NJ of the NJ of the-S2 of Sec. 30, T. 43N.,
R. 121 E. of the 3rd P.M. lying E. of and adjoining a curved
line concave to the W. and having a radius of 11584.15 ft.
extending from a point in the E. and W. J Sec. line of said
Sec. 30, 834,90 ft. E. of the center of said Sec. to a point
in the N. line of the S. 2 of the N-W; J of the S.E. of said
Sec. 30, 449.92 ft. W. of the N.E. corner of said S. of the
'N.W J of the S.E. -k of said Sec. 30 (excepting from said parcel
that part thereof falling within the E 1790.00 ft. of said N.
of the N. f of the S. 2 of Sec. 30 aforesaid) in Lake County,
Illinois.
be and the same is hereby annexed to the Village of Deerfield, Lake County,
Illinois.
And that a certified copy of this ordinance, together with a plat
showing such territory, be filed with the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County.
