Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, that:
It is to the best interest of the Village and for the best
interest of the public that the following described alley be vacated:
And the 16 foot alley lying between Sheridan Avenue and
Forest Avenue, extending south from Somerset Avenue to
the north line of the alley parallel to and 125 feet north
v of Hazel Avenue
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Q.3 Provided that the right to maintain, use, repair, or replace
any municipal utilities, or any utilities maintained in the said alley
by the Grantee of any franchise from the Village is hereby reserved to
the Village or to its Grantee..
