BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
No alley or street shall be vacated unless each landowner has
paid to the Village of Deerfield a fee of FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) for each
one hundred feet (1001) or portion thereof of land abutting on said
alley or street.
