ORDINANCE 0 -42 -57
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to recommendation by the Plan Comtission made after a
public hearing following due notice as required by law, the Zoning
Ordinance enacted May 4, 1953 be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
Paragraph C - 1 of Section VI of the said Ordinance is amended to read
as follows:
111. Each lot upon a which a dwelling is constructed shall have a front
yard of not less than thirty -five feet (359. Where lots comprising
forty per cent (40 %) or more of the frontage between two intersection
streets are developed with buildings having front yards with a variation
of not more than fifteen feet (151) in depth, the average of such front
yards shall establish minimum front yard depth for the entire frontage.
In no case shall ,a front yard of more than fifty feet (501) be required."
