BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
It shall be unlawful to drive any motor vehicle on any street in
the village at a rate of speed in excess of thirty (30) miles per hour,
unless and until other limits are established as provided by law.
Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be
fined not less than FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) nor more than TWO HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($200.00) for each offense.
