BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village, of Deerfield, that:
Section 1. Section 17 of Article II, Rules of Order, Chapter 2,
Board of Trustees, of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1946, as amended,
be and is hereby further amended to read as follows:
1117 Committees.) The following shall be the standing committees of the
Board of Trustees:
Finance and Auditing
Judiciary,,1icense and,Health
Police and Fire
Road and Bridge
Water and Sewer
Public Relations
Building, Planning and Zoning
"Special committees shall be created from time to time as directed
by the Board.
"All standing and special committees shall consist of three (3)
members, including the chairman, unless the board shall direct otherwise.
All committees shall be appointed by the Village President."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force from add after its
passage and approval.
