BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Section 1. Section 85 of Article III, Plan Commission, Chapter 7,
Boak-ds and Commissions, of the Municipal Code of- Deerfield of 1946, as
amended, be and is hereby further amended to read as follows:
1185. Term of Office.) The members of said Commission shall serve
respectively for the following terms:
One (1) for one (1) year.
Two (2) for two (2) years.
Two (2) for three (3) years.
The suoeessor.of each member so appointed shall serve for a term of
three (3) years. Vacancies shall be filled by the President, subject to
confirmation by the Board of Trustees, for the unexpired term."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
