ORDINANCE 0 - 25 - 57
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
Pursuant to the recommendation of the Board of Zoning•Appeals, dated
June 3, 1957, made after a public hearing held after due notice on
May 28, 1957, the recommendations and findings of the Board of Zoning
Appeals as to the application of Fred C. Harnisch are hereby accepted
and adopted; and a variation from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance:
is hereby granted to permit the construction of a detached garage
dxtbnding to within two feet (21) of the side lot line on the premises^
known as 695 Deerpath Drive, Deerfield,' Illinois.
