ORDINANCE 0 - 24 - 57
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Section 1. Catherine B. Price, the Village Clerk, is hereby
appointed Village Collector. Her compensation as Village
Collector shall be Two Hundred Ninety Dollars ($290.00) per
months, and shall shall be paid the compensation provided for
both the office of Village Clerk and that of Village Collector.
Section II. The duties of the Collector under this ordinance
shall be (1) compile the ordinances of the Village of Deerfield,
(2) compile a history of the Village of Deerfield, and (3)
related duties as may be assigned by the President, the Village
Board of Trustees, and the Village Manager in connection with
the duties of Collector.
Section III. This ordinance shall become effective 5/1/57.
