ORDINANCE 0 - 23 - 57
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE DUTIES OF DEPUTY
-TREASURER - COLLECTOR IN THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, that:
Sect, ion 1. The Deputy Treasurer- Collector shall have all of
the duties of the Treasurer and Collector as may be provided
by Statute and Ordinance, except the signing of vouchers.
Section 2. In the absence of the Treasurer or Collector the
Deputy Treasurer or Collector shall perform the duties of
thbse:- offices. The Deputy shall assist in the performance of
all of the duties of the Treasurer and Collector.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
