ORDINANCE NO. O - 22 - 57
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
Pursuant to recommendation of the Board of Zoning Appeals, made
after a public hearing held April 30, 1957 after due notice as required
by law, a variation is hereby granted from the strict enforcement of
the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of an addition to
St. Paul's Evangelical Church at 638 Waukegan Road within one foot (11)
of the south lot liner and twenty-.;five feet of the north lot line.
