ORDINANCE NO. 0 - 21 - 57
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board cf Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
Pursuant to recommendation of the Board of Zoning Appeals, made
after a public hawing held April 30, 1957, after due notice, the recom-
mendation of the Board of Zoning Appeals as to the application of James
E. Hughes for a variation from the Zoning Ordinance is hereby accepted
and adopted; and a variation is hereby granted from the terms of the Zoning
Ordinance to permit the construction of a residence within 35 feet from the
rear lot line of Lot 3, Bergmann's Gatewood Subdivision.
