ORDINANCE NO. 0 - 16 - 57
WHEREAS the compensation of the Village Clerk was increased during
the current term of the incumbent, when the offices of Village Clerk and
Collector were combined, and
WHEREAS, subsequent to that action, there has been a separate
Collector appointed, and the Clerk no longer performs the duties of
Collector:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, that:
The salary of the Village Clerk shall be Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per
month.
This ordinance shall go into effect upon the termination of the
present term of the Village Clerk, as provided by law.
