BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, that: el
The Zoning Ordinance of the said Village enacted May 4, 1953, as
subsequently amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by placing
the following described property in the "B-1" Neighborhood Business District:
That part of the S.E. 1/4, Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 12, Fast
of the Third Principal i'leridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the south west corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 33;
thence North along the west line thereof, 126.65 feet, thence north-
easterly toward a point in the center line of Waukegan Road, 450.00
feet, northwesterly of the intersection of the center line of Waukegan
Road with the south line of Section 33, a distance of 160.33 feet;
thence south parallel with the west line of said SE 1/4 203.0 feet to
the south line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 33; thence west along slid
south line 150.0 feet, to the place of beginning,
all in Lake County, Illinois.
All property therein shall be subject to all restrictions applying in
the "B -1" Neighborhood Business District, and the zoning map of the Village
of Deerfield is hereby amended to effectuate this change.
This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
