O-57-12264 ORDINANCE NO. 0 - 12 - 57 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN INTERCEPTOR SEWER, AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPAYMENT OF THE CONSTXCTION COST OF THIS INTERCEPTOR SEWER. BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, that: A sanitary interceptor sewer has been constructed by the Village of Deerfield, as shown on the attached plat. The cost of constructing said sanitary sewer was paid by the Chicago Construction Company through an escrow account from which payouts were made by the Village. The Chicago Construction Company shall be repaid for the cost of constructing this sewer, provided that the amount so to be repaid by the Village shall not exceed Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-three Dollars ($15,853.00), and shall be paid solely from the proceeds of the sewer tapping fee est4blished by Ordinance No. 207 and deposited in the Sewer Capital Improvements Fund. The Village shall pay to the Chicago Construction Company eighty per cent (80 %) of the tapping fees.collected by the Village. Such payments to be made not less than quarterly during the year. Upon acceptance by the Chicago Construction Company, this ordinance shall constitute a contract between the Village and that company, provided that Chicago Construction Company shall have no claim upon any funds of the Village other than the sewer tapping fees above referred to.
