ORDINANCE GRANTING OONDITIONAL USE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
The report and recommendation of the Plan Commission, mgde after
a public hearing and for which notice was published as required by law,
pertaining to the granting of a conditional use as hereinafter described,
is hereby approved.
A conditional use is hereby granted for the conduct and operation of
a church and accessory buildings for religious purposes on the premises
