ORDINANCE NO. 221
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Illinois that:
No building or structure shall be constructed or erected in the
Village, whether o$r not such building or structure is provided with a
basement, unless the building or structUre is equipped with gutters
and downspouts in accordance with the specifications and requirements
of Section 312 of the Suburban Building R!Oulations for Residences
hitherto adopted by reference as a part of the building ordinances
of the Village.
The construction of any such building without downspouts and
gutters, as herein required, shall be construed to be in violation
of the ordinance of the building ordinances relating to the construction
of buildings.
