BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Villag a of Deerfield that:
Pursuant to recommendation by the Board of Zoning Appeals, following
public hearings, after due publication, as required by law,'the following
variances are granted from the strict enforcement of the zoning ordinance
relative to the following described properties:
At 1405 Varrington Road, a variance from side yard requirements
At 1224 Blackthorn Lane, a variance from side yard requirements
so as to permit a twenty foot side yard on-the south and a five
foot side yard on the north.
At 1232 Blackthorn.Lane, a variance from side yard requirements
so as to permit a ten foot side yard on the north and an eleven
foot bide yard on the south.
At-1150 Blackthorn Lane, a variance from side yard requirements
so as to permit a ten foot side yard on the north and a nine foot
ten inch side yard on the south.
