BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield is hereby further
amended by classifying as an R -2 one - family district instead of its present
classification as R-3 the following described property, to wit:
The West Half W of the Southeast Quarter (J) of Section 32,
Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian;
except that part heretofore conveyed to the Village of Deerfield
and lying North and East of the West fork of the North branch of-
the Chicago 'River, and except the South 292 feet of the West 521
feet thereof,-situated in the Village.of Deerfield, County of Lake
and State of Illinois;.
and the zoning map of the Village,is hereby amended to effectuate the fore-
going change of zoning.
This ordinance was passed pursuant to recommendation by the Plan
Commission following a public hearing held September 6, 1956, after due
public notice.
