Abatement of Municipal Building Bond Tax
for 1956
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
The County Clerk of Lake County is hereby authorized and directed
to abate the tax of $16,735.42 hitherto provided for and levied in the
ordinance providing for the issuance of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY -FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($175,000.00) Municipal Building Bonds of the Village of Deerfield,
CO Lake County, Illinois, passed August 13, 1956, a dopy'of which is filed
in
with the County Clerk.
U The Village of Deerfield has on hand sufficient funds to pay the
tax levied by the above - described ordinance for the fiscal year commencing
May 1, 1956 and the levy of the tax provided in the ordinance is unnecessary.
Therefore the County Clerk is directed to abate and not spread the said tax.

ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE
FOR A CHURCH
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
The report and recommendation by the Flan Commission dated
July 17, 1956 pertaining to the granting of a conditional use as
hereinafter described is hereby approved.
A conditional use is hereby granted for the conduct and
operation of a CHURCH on the premises hereinafter described:
The West 258' -7 5/811 of the North 234' -7 1/4" of the
North 8.10 chains of the-West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of
the North East 1/4 of Section 33, Township 43 North,
Range 12-East of the Third Principal Meridian in Lake
County, Illinois.
