Annexation Ordinance
WHEREAS there has been filed with the Clerk of the Village'of
Deerfield, a written petition signed by the owner of record of all the
land hereinafter described for the annexation to the Village of Deerfield
of the said territory hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS said territory is not within the corporate limits of any
municipality, is contigous to the Village of Deerfield,.dnd has no
electors residing therein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE, AND IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS that:
I. The following described territory be and the same is hereby annexed
to the Village of Deerfield, Lak,County-, 'Illinois;
The East one thousand seven hundred and ninety (1,790) feet of
the North Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (SE-4L)
of Section Thirty (30), Township Forty -three North (43N), Range
Twelve (12), East of the Third Principal Meridian, all in Lake
County, Ill.

II. The Village Clerk file a copy of this Annexation Ordinance, together "
with an accurate map of the annexed territory, with the Recorder of
Deeds of Lake County, Illinois.
III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval, as provided by law.
