O-56-154 n ko Co ORDINANCE NO. 16 S AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 172 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULARINO THE USE OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SEWERS AND DRAINS, AND CONNECTION OF BUILDING SEWERS AND THE DISCHARGE OF WATERS AND WASTES INTO THE PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEMS, AND PROVIDING PEN- ALT IES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF." Be it ord&ined by the'President and Board of Trustees that Section 502, Article IV, Ordinance-172 be amended to read as follows: "There shhll be two (2) classes-of building sewer permits: (1) for residential and commercial service, and (2) for service to establishments producing.industrial wastes. In either case, the owner or his agent shall make application on a form furnished by the Village. The permit appli- cation shall be supplemented by any plans, specificapions, or other;infor- mation considered pertinent in the judgment of the Village Engineer. A permit and inspection fee shall be charged residential and commercial buildings in accordance with the following schedule. Commercial building & Building on Lots in an R -1 or R..3 zoned area with 100 .foot frontages or more Buildings on Lots in an R -1 -A area with frontage's of 80 to 99.99 feet. . Buildings in an R-2, R -4 or R -5 area with less than 80 foot frontage Multiple family dwellings Sanitary Storm $75 $50 60 30 55 - .20 20 per 15 per dwelling unit dwelling unit Minimum $75 Minimum$50 A permit and inspection fee.of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) per acre or portion thereof in the site of an industrial building shall be charged an industrial building f6r connecting to a Sanitary Sewer, and FORTY FIVE DOLLARS ($45.00) an acre or portion thereof for connection to a Storm Sewer. Such permit fees shall be paid to the Village Collector prior to the issuance of a permit for said connections." PASSED this 6th day of August, 1956.
