BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to drive such
vehicle so as to make a "U" turn within the following described areas:
Waukegan Road within 350 feet north from the center of
its intersection with Deerfield Road and within 567 feet
south from the center of such intersection.
On Deerfield Road within 447 feet east of the center of
the intersection with Waukegan Road and 345 feet weet of
the center of such intersection.
The Village Manager is authorized to cause signs to be posted
indicating the No "U" turn areas created by this ordinance.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of
this ordinance shall be fined not less than ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) nor
more than ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for each offense.
