ORDINANCE NO. /16
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
No building permit fee shall be charged for the issuance of a
building permit for the construction of any public school or of any
building by the towhship, county, library board, park district, or
any.other tunicipal corporation.
Any building permit fee paid in connection with the issuance of a
C, permit for any such building since January 1, 1956, shall be returned
fir)
C� to the applicant.
