.ORDINANCE NO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
No application for a building permit, and no plane for the
construction of a proposed building shall be-lrecbived by the Village
unless there is paid to the Village at the time of submission a fee
of TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00) to cover the cost of reviewing the plans.
If a building perri�i zis, issued,,,this Tw6nty D611ar..Plan Review
Fee shall be credited to the amount of the building permit fee;
but if no building permit is issued within six months of the time
such plans are submitted, the Twenty-Dollars shall be retained by
the Village.
This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after March 15, 1956.
