RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT
OF BREMCO BUILDERS,' :INC'.,
WHEREAS, in order to properly provide for the extension
of the Village's sanitary sewer and water system, an easement
for purposes of laying, constructing and maintaining water
mains and sanitary sewers over certain private property with-
in the Village is required; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property is willing to grant
such easement and has executed and delivered to the Village
a Grant of Easement, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK
COUNTIES,' ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Grant of Easement of Bremco
ONE: Builders, Inc., a copy of which is at-
tached hereto and made a part hereof; be
and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION That the Village Clerk of the Village of Deer -
TWO: field is hereby directed to file in the
office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake
County, Illinois, said Grant of Easement.

G R A N T O F E A S E M E N T
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that the Grantor, BREMCO
BUILDERS, INC., for and'in consideration of the sum of
TEN and 00 /100ths ($10.00) Dollars, lawful money of the
United States of America, to it in hand paid by the
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, an Illinois municipal corporation,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Village of Deer-
field a permanent easement for sanitary sewer and water
main over, under, and upon the following described real
estate:
The Northerly 10 feet and the Westerly 15
feet of Lot 6 in Broms Subdivision, being a
Subdivision of the East 164.85 feet of the
West 329.7 feet of the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Town-
ship 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third
Principal Meridian (excepting therefrom the
South 396.36 feet thereof) in Lake County,
Illinois,
for purposes of laying, constructing, maintaining and
operating water mains and sanitary sewer pipes and tiles
in,_under and upon said real estate above - described, at
a sufficient depth so,as not to interfere with the use
of the surface of said real estate by Grantor, and in-
cluding the right to enter upon said real estate for the
purpose of laying, constructing and maintaining and operating
said water mains and sewer pipes and tiles, and the right
to trim, cut and remove trees, saplings, bushes and other
landscaping that interfere or may interfere with said water

To Hold and Enjoy said rights and privileges hereby
granted unto the Grantee forever, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That all work to be performed by the Grantee
shall be in a good and workmanlike manner.
2. That the Grantee shall fill and keep even with
the surface of the land all ditches and trenches made by
it for the purpose of laying and maintaining said water
mains and sewer pipes and tiles.
3. That the Grantee shall replace and restore the
surface to its original condition upon the completion of
the construction and installation of said water mains and
sewer pipes and tiles, and shall similarly replace and
restore the surface at any time in the future that said
surface is disturbed by Grantee in the course of repairing,
maintaining, and operating said water mains and sewer pipes
and tiles.

OF THE 1964 PERMIT YEARLY RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
located in the County of Lake , State of Illinois;
passed a Yearly Resolution dated February 3,, 1964
covering location, construction, operation and maintenance, with its
own forces or by contract of water mains, sewer lines, driveways,
alleys, street returns, sidewalks, street lights, and other
facilities within the year of 1964 on State Highways within the
Village limits, now
THEREFORE, be it resolved that this Resolution shall remain
in force for the year 1966.
