Variation for Attached Garage
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
A public hearing having been held, by the Board of Zoning Appeals,
on the lath day of November, 1955, following due publication of notice
as required by the zoning ordinance, and the President and Board of•
trustees having considered the matter:
A variation is hereby granted from the terms of the zoning ordinance
to permit the erection of an attached garage not less than four feet
from the south lot line of premises known as 651 Byron Court.
Passed this 12th day of December, 1955.
