ORDINANCE NO. A 3
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to the recommendation of the Board of Appeals, dated October
172 1955, made after a public hearing held following due notice, on
October 14, 1955, the recommendation of the Board of Appeals with its
findings as to the application by Paul E. Johnson, for a variation
from the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby accepted and adopted, and a variation

ll.Cy is hereby granted from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the

construction of two duplex dwellings on two 55' lots (the Southeasterly
one -half (2) of lot 57, and the northeasterly one -half (2) of lot 60,
in Goldmans North Shore Golf Links Subdivision).
