ORDINANCE NO.IS 2•
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals, dated
October 17, 1955, made after a public hearing held after due notice
on October 14, 1955, the recommendations and findings of the Board
of Appeals as to the application of John Phelan is hereby accepted
and adopted; and a variation from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance
is hereby granted to permit the construction of an attached garage
extending to within three feet of side lot line on the premisesrknown
as 1121 Elmwood Avenue, Deerfield.
