O-55-26166 p- a6 -;s, ORDINANCE NO. Jar- X71 AN ORDINANCE VACATING PARK LOT "C" PARK LANE AND AN UNNAMED STREET IN WEST DEERFIELD MANOR SUBDIVISION IN THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD ILLINOIS. WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, after due investigation and consideration, have found and do hereby expressly find that the public interest will be served by vacating Park Lot "C ", Park Lane., and an unnamed street in West Deerfield Manor hereinafter described, and that the relief to the public of the burden and responsibility of maintaining said Park Lot "C ", Park Lane and said unnamed street constitute a public use or public interest for such vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois: SECTION 1: That Park Lot "C ", park Lane and the unnamed street lying east of and adjoining Park Lot "C ", as shown on the plat of West Deerfield Manor Subdivision, be and the same are hereby vacated,-which vacated area is described as follows: - Commencing at the northeast corner of West Deerfield Manor Subdivision, being a subdivision of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 43 North, Range 12 East. said point being at the intersection of the North line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest.Quarter of said section and the East line of said West Deerfield Manor Subdivision; thence South along said East line of said West Deerfield Manor Subdivision a distance of 30 feet, more or less, to a point on the South line of Hazel Avenue, said point being the point of beginning of this description; thence South along the East line of said West Deerfield Manor Subdivision to the Northeast corner of Lot 5 of West Deerfield Manor Subdivision, thence Northwesterly along the Easterly line, being the front lot line, of Lots 5, 41 31 2 and 1 to a point on the South line of Hazel Avenue at the North- east corner of Lot 1 in said West Deerfield Manor Subdivision; thence Easterly along the South line of Hazel Avenue, being the North line of Lot 1 expended East. to the point of beginning, all lying within West Deerfield Manor Subdivision, being a subdivision of the-East half od the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 43 North, Range 12 East of the 3rd P.M., according to the plat thereof recorded on June 20, 1927, as Document No. 300856 in Book "R" of Plats at Page 69, in Lake County, Illinois. SECTION 2; That this Ordinance shall be known as Ordinance No. 182. el SECTION 3: That the Village Clerk shall cerify a copy of this Ordinance for recording in the Recorder's Office of Lake County, Illinois, setting forth in such certification, among other things, the vote of the Board of Trustees in passing this Ordinance, together with a statement as to the total number of Trustees authorized by law to be elected in. said Village. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval and all parts of ordinances, if any, in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
