ORDINANCE NO. /% 9
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
Section 2 of the ordinance providing for the levying of a tax
on retail dealers, based upon the gross sales of tangible personal
property, adopted on the 11th day of July, 1955, is hereby amended
by deleting from the second section thereof the following language:
"and shall file a duplicate copy of such report
with the village clerk."
