ORDINANCE NO. I�
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
1. Section 304 -I -1 and Section 304 -I -2 of the Suburban Building
Regulations for Residences hitherto adopted as a building code for
the Village, be and the same are hereby amended to read as follows:
"304 -I -1 Required on exterior of basement or crawl space footings
or on interior, where approved by the Board of Trustees, and
adjacent to basement or crawl space footings. Minimum diameter,
four (4) inches.
"304 -I -2 Cover tile outside footings with twelve (12) inches of
gravel or crushed stone. Cover tile inside footings with gravel
or crushed stone to level of adjacent footings."
