RESOLUTION AMENDING OFFICIAL MAP
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published, a
public hearing was held by the Plan Commission of the
Village of Deerfield on the question of amending the
Official Plan of the Village by designating an addi-
tional park - school site on the Official Map, which is
part of said Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has filed with the
President and Board of Trustees its recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT
AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE
AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, that the Map, which is part
of the Official Plan of the Village of Deerfield, be and
the same is hereby amended by designating thereon as a
future joint park - school site the real estate legally
described as follows:
The East 10 acres of the West 20 acres of the
South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4
of Section 30, Township 43 North, Range 12,
East of the Third Principal Meridian (except
Toll Road).

The East 9 acres of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 43 North,
Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian.
also
(Except East 9 acres) that part lying East and
North of Toll Road, part of the Southwest 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 43
North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal
Meridian (4.08 acres).
