BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
The municipal sewage system of the Village of Deerfield shall be
operated on a fiscal yeat basis commencing the first day of May and ending
on the last day of April of each year, instead of commencing on the first
day of November, as provided in Section 7 of the ordinance authorizing
the issuance of $160,000 Sewer Revenue Bonds passed October 26, 1954.
