O-55-09120 0_ q_s SJ ORDINANCE NO.M BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield that: It is to the best interests of the Village of Deerfield that the following described streets and parks be vacated; and the owners of all property abutting on such streets and parks have previously requested that the Village vacate the same; accordingly; the following streets and parks in the Village of Deerfield are hereby vacated, namely: Park Lane, and West z of Broadmoor Place between the West Fork of the North Branch of the Chicago River and the:-South line of Hazel Avenue, and Park "C" all within the following described area; Commencing at the North East corner of West Deerfield Manor Subdivision, being a Subdivision of E z of SW f of Sec. 29, T. 43 N., R. 12 E. Said point being at the intersection of the north line of the S4 of the SWJ of said Section and the East line of said West Deerfield Manor Subdivision, thence South along said east line of said West Deerfield Manor Subdivision a distance of 30' more or less to a point on the south line of Hazel Avenue, said point being a point of beginning: Thence South along said East line of said West Deerfield Manor Sub- division a distance of 311,45' more or less to a point on the South westerly line of lots 1 to 5 of said West Deerfield Manor Subdivision, Thence N. 46 - 21' - 41" along said Southwesterly line of said West Deerfield Manor Subdivision a distance of 448.45' more or less to a point on the south line of said 15azel Avenue, Thence N 89 - 39' - 06" a distance of 325.15' more or less to the point of beginning, all lying within West Deerfield Manor Subdivision in the "2 of the SWf of SWT of Sec. 29, T 43N, R. 12, East of 3rd P.M.
