1. The owners of real estati.adjacent to the following de--eribed alloys
have, by petiticn, filed the 25th day of .February,. "1955, requested
that the following described alleys be vacated.
2. It is to the best interest of-the Village that the following
described alleys be vdcaited, riamelyt
The alley which runs pprallel to Hazel Avenue and.immediately south
thereof between Alden"Court and Forest Avenue in the Village of Deer -
f�.eldz and
The alley between Alden Gnurt and Forest Avenue running south from
the above described alley,.and abutting.on Lets ll to 20 in Block 15,
Deerfield Park Land and Improvement Association Subdivision{
Provided that the Village reserves for itself or.any holder of a
franchise or license .from the Village, the right to, install, maintain,
repair, and replace any poles, wires` conduits, pipes, <ci:eers..or
other utilities in such alleys.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its•passage and spr.roval, as required by law..

in the County of Lake and State of Illinois, do hereby certify that
I am Village Clerk of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, and as such,
keeper of the records, ordinances, files and seal of said Village; and
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and cojplete copy
of a certain original ordinance for the Vacation of certain Alleys
in the Village of Deerfield, County of Lake and State of Illinois,
which was passed and adopted March 14, 1955, and thereupon deposited
in my office and afterwards approved by the Presideht of the Board of
Trustees of said Village on March 14, 1955, all of which appears from
the files, records, and papers of said Village of Deerfield in my
office.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set air hand and affixed the
