y ORDINANCE NO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of `trustees of
the Village of Deerfield that:
1. The owners of real estate adjacent to the following described
alleys have, by petition, filed the 25th day of February, 1955,
requested that the following described alleys be vacated.
2. It is to the best interest of the Village that the following
described alleys be vacated, namely:
The alley which runs parallel to Hazel Avenue and immediately
south thereof between Alden Court and Forest Avenue in the Village
of Deerfield; and
The alley between Alden Court and Forest Avenue running
south from the above described alley, and abutting on Lote::ll
to 20 in Block 15, Deerfield Park Land and Improvement Association
Subdivision;
Provided that the Village reserves for itself or any holder
of a franchise or license from the Village, the right to install,
maintain; repair, and replace any poles, wires, conduits, pipes,
sewers or other utilities in such alleys.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval, as required by law.
PASSED this 14th day of March, A.D. 1955.
