Parking Ordinance
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
1. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle between the hours of
9 A.M. and 12 Noon on Sundays on the west side of Waukegan Road
between the north line of the first alley north of Deerfield Road
and a point one hundred feet north of said line.
2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to cause "No Parking"
signs to be erected at said location, which signs shall refer to the
time limit set by this ordinance.
3. Any person,violating any provision of this ordinance shall be
fined not less than ONE DOLLAR ($L-06) nor more than FIFTY DOLLARS
($50.00) for each offense.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and .
after its passage, approval and publication, as required by law.
