ORDINANCE NO. CSa
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
The Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1946 be, and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto and inserting therein, following Section 430
thereof, the - following section, to be known as 430 -A:
"430 -A. Frontage Consents.) No flammable liquids of Class I defined
-in Section 421 hereof shall be stored in quantities in excess of 100
gallons, and no tank or tanks for the storage of such flammable liquids
shall be installed or used unless the written consent of the owners of
three - fourths of all property lying within 300 feet of the proposed
location, is first obtained.
Such consent shall be posted and filed in compliance with Section
175 of this Code."
This ordinance shall be in full force from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law.
