BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield be and the same
is hereby amended by classifying and designating the following described
property as a B-2 business district (instead of R-6, as-formerly) and
such property hereinafter described shall be subject to all restrictions
applicable to a B -2 district;'and the zoning map which is a part of the
zoning ordinance is hereby amended to effectuate this change; the
property hereby rezoned is:
Lots 25, 26 and 27 of O.B. Von Linde's Subdivision, as shown in
Document 210087, recorded March 20, 1922, Book K, page 98 in the records
of the County Recorder of Deeds.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage,
approval and publication, as required by law.
