ORDINANCE NO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
No Plat of Subdivision shall be approved unless, in addition to
compliance with all other ordinances, each lot has 'a frontage of not
less than seventy —five (75) feet on a public street; a depth of not
less than one hundred ten (110) feet and a minimum area of nine thousand
square feet; Provided that these restrictions shall apply to lots in
areas zoned for single family residence only.
