RESOLUTION APPROVING DEDICATION
OF VALENTI SAUGANASH ESTATES, INC.
WHEREAS, in order to properly provide for the widening
and improvement of Deerfield Road and the construction of a
public sidewalk, an additional right -of -way over certain private
property is required; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property is willing to dedi-
cate and convey the required portion of his property to the
Village by Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Deed of Dedication of Valenti
ONE: Sauganash Estates, Inc., a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof,
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION That the Village Clerk of the Village of
TWO: Deerfield is hereby directed to file in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Lake County, Illinois, said Deed of Dedication.
