ORDINANCE NO. IS dt,
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:

1. 1he,question of rezoning the area hereinafter described in
accordance with this ordinance has been previously referred to a commission
to hold public hearings, thereon, and the said commission has held such
hearings after publicationc.of notice as required by law, and made its
report to the village board.
2. The zoning ordinance of the village enacted on the fourth day
of May, 1953, be and the same is hereby amended by designating the
following described property, namely:
The three easterly tracts of land comprising the area
described in the petition on which a hearing was held
June 17th by the plan commission, to wit: Bounded by
the following, commencing at the northeast corner of
the northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 43 North,
Range 12 East of the third P.M., Thence west along the
north line of said Section 2230.4 feet to a point thence
south 161.4 feet to a point of beginning, thence south
531.6 feet to a point, thence east 278.4 feet to a point,
thence north 531.6 feet to a point, thence west 278.4
feet to the point of beginning all in the northeast
quarter of Section 32, Township 43 North, Range 12 East
of the third P.M. in Lake County, Illinois, as an R -2
single gamily area (instead of an R -7 multiple family)
as defined in Section Seven of the sAid zoning ordinance
and the said property is hereby classified as and placed
within the R -2 single family use district as defined in
the said zoning ordinance.

The zoning map which is a part of the said zoning ordinance
is hereby amended to effectuate this change.
