ORDINANCE:.RATIFYING ACTS TAKEN AT
ADJOURNED MEETINGS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
All acts taken at the a4journed meetings of the Board of Trustees
held ,on October 18th and October 26th, 1954 are hereby ratified, including
the filing for public inspection with the Clerk of an ordinance authorizing
providing for the issue of 0160,000 Sewerage Revenue Bonds of the Village on

ICJ the meeting of October 18; the passage of said ordinance at the meeting

of October 26; the authorization of advertising for proposals to purchase
the bonds so authorized and to purchase the $575,000 General Obligation
Bonds authorized at a referendum election held November 6, 1953 and the
passage of the ordinance establishing sewer use charges at the meeting
held October 26th.
The above described acts and all other acts of the Board of
Trustees taken at the meetings of October 18 and 26 are hereby ratified.
