ORDINANCE NO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle weighing, withiits load;
more than two and a half tons on or over the bridge over the west fork
of the north branch of the Chicago River at Juniper Street.
Any person violating this ordinance shall be fined not less than
FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) nor more than TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) for
each offense.
All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall be in force from and after its passage, approval
and publication as provided by law.
