BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Section 24 (g) - (3) of Ordinance No. 58, passed on the 10th day
of Apri ;., 1950, relating to building wreckers, is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
"No building wrecker permit or license shall be issued, and no building
wrecker shall demolish any building or structure in the Village unless
such licensee or wrecker is covered by a public liability insurance
policy in the amounts of at least ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS
($1001000.00) for each accident; FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000.00)
for injury to any one person, and TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00)
for damage to property. Such coverage may be evidenced by a certificate
of insurance issued by any cempany.authorized to do such business in
the State of Illinois."
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication.
