ORDINANCE NO. /`t0
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
There shall be a minimum charge of FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00)
for water used during the construction of any building or structure.
No further deposit shall be required in connection with such service.
This ordinance shall be in force from and after its passage and
approval as provided by lave
